Good value and fast drive. If you're looking for a large storage, then this is a good buy. I am disappointed the actual usable space is only 12TB. Not sure why 1/7 of the space is needed for software utilities and whatever miscellaneous things needed to run this drive.

I am able to save some videos with this hard drive. It is one of the best purchases that I ever made. It really helps me out a lot.

Bought this on sale for the same price I paid a year ago for 10 TBs. I use these for NAS storage and have not had any issues. Absolutely the way to go if you need a lot of storage.

I bought a couple of these drives and shucked them to use the drives internally in a PC. I had no issue with the SATA power connector on either drive and they have been working great since purchase.

As advertised. I've used WD external hard drives for about 5 years. They are by far the best and most reliable external hard drives that I've ever used. Great price here for 14TB.

Large capacity, same as the non-BestBuy branded product. I use it to backup my Synology DS420j with no problems.

If you're lucky enough to get these drives when they go on sale you'll be a happy camper! 14TB of $199 is a steal of a deal and the drives are good quality

Excellent value for a lot of storage. Best Buy’s EasyStore drives from WD are good quality at a great price. This is my 2nd high capacity drive in 2 yrs.

Have more than a couple of these and they've worked fine for what I need. Don't need to look at other brands. I use it to save paragon images and data.

My parents recenty passed, and we found thousands of old pictures, slides, and negstives, we scanned all of it to this hard drive

Shucked and put in my synology. Amazing value for the price. Western digital is always the way to go for storage.

This is my second WD storage, the first from 2 years ago still works great so I got this again. Great for my data backups.

Took about five minutes to hook up. I am a fan of WD Easystore hard drives. I have a 12TB, 10TB and an 8TB in addition to this 14TB drive. All have been very dependable.

Great large storage space! Got it on sale! A little big / bulky. Western Digital Uses the same Exterior Case in the larger scale External Hardrive range and then just has different memory capacities inside of it depending on what you pay for.

Every year I buy the latest WD external from Best Buy, it is a great product and it always goes on sale around the holidays. Cant beat the price and havent had one go bad yet.

Works as it should. I had a two year old WD 3 TB hard drive that stopped working and replaced it with this. Hopefully it will last more than 3 years.

WD has never failed me. Have some 12+ year old drives in my array still!
