      Easy to shuck the drive and use in my server. Have to tape the 4th pin but other then that these drives are great for the price.

      Great amount of storage for the price, $189 during a sale. Great for media, tad slow when you first access it depending on how full it is but after the initial load everything runs relatively smooth.

      Bought it when it was on sale. It will do its job. It's a while labeled WD Red drive inside if you're wondering. I primarily use it to store archive media over the years. USB 3.0 speeds is decent, but I primarily use SSD's and Thunderbolt 3 for media transfers so USB 3.0 speeds can not compare. Only downside is that it requires it own power supply and can not be powered by USB alone.
