      Bought it when it was on sale. It will do its job. It's a while labeled WD Red drive inside if you're wondering. I primarily use it to store archive media over the years. USB 3.0 speeds is decent, but I primarily use SSD's and Thunderbolt 3 for media transfers so USB 3.0 speeds can not compare. Only downside is that it requires it own power supply and can not be powered by USB alone.

      Easy to setup and use. The only thing that would make it better is if it had a network connection instead of just the USB! But other than that it is good.

      Lots of storage for a good price. This drive is not fast, but it has a lot of space to fill. Quantity over speed. You can have your own cloud storage at home or at the office (or home office).
