      Everything works, the only thing is when powered on it periodically makes some ticking noise. This is the second I bought. The ticking noise is there on both.

      Hard Drive is mechanical so be sure to get a hard case for transporting as these drives are not as durable as an SSD. I own 5 and are still going strong no errors when reading or writing to the drive or copying files or photos.
