Gift for a nephew, he is the one who knows how to use all of this stuff and it was easy for him to add to his gaming console.

Hard drive works great. No problems and easy installation.

I use this for storage of music and movies. I have used Western Digital previously and they are a dependable product. And the price was right.

I was able to download 5 or 6 hefty games and still had room for more. Only bad this is it makes my computer run a little harder but that’s probably just my pc.

I bought this last summer but I FINALLY opened it and used it yesterday. I'm pleasantly surprised to say that it works great, and if you format it in a specific way, it's basically a huge USB flash drive. The lack of instructions is disappointing, but thank God for Google and YouTube.

I loved the fact that they ALL pitched in and helped me out. I got a GREAT understanding about laptops and the issues i was having with my laptop. They even took the time to find the product i needed for the laptop and made sure it was sent off A.S.A.P.. Shout out to Marcos and Stephen and the rest of them. We laughed and really chilled. The time actually flew by. I ACTUALLY got to know those guys. Like i saidd i enjoyed it. No issues here

keeps all my information safe and remote so if and when I have be any issues it will be available and retrievable for me or someone better equipped to set me back up

The product is fine however the staff of the Geek Squad who addressed my lap top issues and assisted me with the transfer of all of my files, they should be reviewed. They were AMAZING!

Works well. I was able to take all my pictures off my computer and save some space

I needed this 1TB external drive to back up an older laptop. I've actually not opened it yet. I thought the price was great. I'm sure it will do the job for me.

Save money long term buy buying a physical harddrive instead of paying a yearly subscribtion to some cloud service. All your files will be available with out internet aswell.

Easystore saved me when my MacBook Pro battery swelled up and warped my keyboard. Geek Squad was able to upload everything on the the external hard drive and saved the day.

Wasn't sure exactly what it was that I needed to provide back-up storage for my computer but with the advice and assistance from the Geek Squad support team I got a convenient, compact drive that exceeded my requirements. Great product. Fairly easy setup. Couple confusing parts when setting up on a MacBook. But once setup, it does it’s job and works great.

This is the fifth Easystore that I have purchased for storage and backup purposes and all have performed flawlessly so far.

I attached the HD to an OTA DVR. Yes, I recommend it. 1TB may be a little bit more than I need, how ever the price was well worth the purchase.

I got 2 of these when they were on sale. 1 for PC use and 1 for my Playstation storage. They do the job almost perfectly. Had a few snags earlier on where the HDs would disconnect and reconnect for a quick second but it seems to have gone away for the most part. Would highly recommend!
