I was shopping for 1TB external hard drive and found this one which was much less expensive than the My Passport product and to my opinion is just as reliable and fits my needs. Very satisfied.

I got 2 of these when they were on sale. 1 for PC use and 1 for my Playstation storage. They do the job almost perfectly. Had a few snags earlier on where the HDs would disconnect and reconnect for a quick second but it seems to have gone away for the most part. Would highly recommend!

Gift for a nephew, he is the one who knows how to use all of this stuff and it was easy for him to add to his gaming console.

Works for my ps5 to save the ps4 games I have on it to save storage for my ps5 games..Why spend more on other brands when this does the same

I have been wanting one of these for a long time. After I got it, Geek squad helped me transfer my pics and now I can relax and know my pics are safe. I am happy.

I needed an external hard drive to rescue files from a dying computer. I had an ancient one but needed something faster for Geek squad to work with. Served its purpose.

I grabbed this for a great price. I've got so much stored in my computer and now i have plenty of space to transfer it. This is my 2nd purchase from WD never had a small blip of any kind with that one so chose that brand again. Recommended

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday because he was running out of space on his PS4 and this was generally speaking pretty affordable and it was very quick and easy to use.

Great product. Fairly easy setup. Couple confusing parts when setting up on a MacBook. But once setup, it does it’s job and works great.

Western Digital has never done me wrong. Very dependable hardware for the use it takes. Sturdy case, for those just in case you drop it moments. The price was nice for the space offered.

This external drive solved my problems! My HP tablet couldn't function properly without added storage space and this drive was the best bargain I found. The Geek Squad was really helpful and I am very satisfied with the entire experience!

The drive does exactly what it should (store data) for a good price. I'm using it to move data between computers where there isn't an online option. I've purchased other WD drives in this product line and they have all been reliable.

Works as it should. Easy enough to set up. Had 3yrs of files for a long project that i wanted off my laptop. This will allow that and give me more space on my laptop for future projects.

I have been using this hard drive for a couple weeks. I am backing up all of my pictures and videos, and I have tens of thousands of them. When I move files from one folder to another it goes really quickly. I have no complaints about it.

I loved the fact that they ALL pitched in and helped me out. I got a GREAT understanding about laptops and the issues i was having with my laptop. They even took the time to find the product i needed for the laptop and made sure it was sent off A.S.A.P.. Shout out to Marcos and Stephen and the rest of them. We laughed and really chilled. The time actually flew by. I ACTUALLY got to know those guys. Like i saidd i enjoyed it. No issues here

It could use more ports, and platter drives have only so much speed upside, but 1TB excels at backing up and storing all the games you could ever hope to own.
