We took this on a trip with us. It was great for storing our photos while on the go. We are very happy with it and are glad we bought it.

I needed to back-up my old computer and have a way to easily access the information.

WD makes good reliable hard drives, and this one was a bargain. I always try to keep a few around for different projects—like backing up my wife’s laptop, when I can pry her machine out of her bleeding hands, or when she’s asleep.

I believe his name is Tan He went out of his way to help us with our purchase.... very patient, knowledgeable , extremely helpful, and pleasant to work with, ( I never met him before, he is not related in any way, and while we waited for our turn He was waiting on two old ladies and helped them and saw him refuse a Cash gift (a tip) telling them he enjoyed helping them out!!!! On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 25!!!
