This external drive has worked very well for the need I had. Was able to move all my pictures and files for school work. With thousands of pictures and over 100 files I still have more than half of the hard drive left to use.

Easy to use. Best part about it is that it is plug and play. Installing the additional program is optional. Would highly recommend this product.

I just wanted something to back up my hours of video, especially since I shoot in 4K. There never seems to be enough hard drive space and this just fit the bill for me perfectly.

The best part of using Best Buy is your Staff especially your associate ... I believe his name is Tan He went out of his way to help us with our purchase.... very patient, knowledgeable , extremely helpful, and pleasant to work with, ( I never met him before, he is not related in any way, and while we waited for our turn He was waiting on two old ladies and helped them and saw him refuse a Cash gift (a tip) telling them he enjoyed helping them out!!!! On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 25!!!

It's cheap. It feels cheap, looks cheap, but actually runs faster than I'd expect a $200 Windows 10 computer to run. I bought it as a back up for my much more expensive laptop, and as something I could easily carry around. It's light and thin. This version of Windows 10 makes you spend a few hours turning off all the spyware that Microsoft has embedded in newer versions of Win10. But it's a good machine for the price. Lenovo is owned by the Chinese government, so if that's an issue, this isn't the machine for you. I don't use it for anything sensitive, and I would caution people against doing anything on this machine that they aren't comfortable with being completely exposed.

Very pleased with the purchase. Price was fair and the drive arrived before the promised date. The product was just what I needed to backup all the data on my laptop.

We had to transfer all of my husbands files, pics, projects and a lot more from his old laptop. Held all of his stuff with lots of space left. Geek squad showed me how to do this and even talked me through it on the phone.

Does the job. It’s a low cost hard drive that handles my storage needs. If you need a faster form of storage don’t get this item.
