Really easy to use, true plug and play. Really helped me save my pictures just in case something happens to my laptop.

I purchased this so the tech could remove pics from my laptop to free up space. Pictures still are on my laptop. Vey confusing. So the external hard drive may be doing it's job I'm wondering why pics show up on my laptop.

adequate for the task. Recommended to purchase by Geek Squad. Would have lost pictures otherwise. Will need to trasfer to new laptop purchased last week

Purchased for grandson who needed more space in game system. Store didn’t have one we went for but sales rep suggested this one & it’s working out great. And was decent price.

I was able to transfer my movies from my Hopper to the external USB before my Hopper quit completely. Able to switch from my new Hopper and USB drive quick and easily.

External drive purchased from Vincenti while trouble shooting gin my home was again best purchase. It saved my entire system.

Wife’s external HD was causing performance issues on MBA. Purchased online, did curbside pickup, plugged in, formatted, selected as backup drive. Works seamlessly. MBA improved.

Not as fast as an m.2 or ssd but this thing is still a beast and got it on sale and was finally able to download all of my steam library and it’s still runs pretty fast.

Excellent and easy backup system for Windows based systems. Much more difficult for Apple products but works. Actually have purchased 2 - one for each of our computers!

Great little portable hard drive. Transfer speed is good. It's light weight, could fit in your back pocket if you were so inclined. Get this little power house.

WD drives have always been top of the line external drives and this is no exception. Must buy for portability price and size

It's your basic external hard drive that is essentially plug and play. Of course there are a bunch of apps that one can choose to use, however for what I need it for I haven't used them. It's stores an image-copy of my hard drive without a problem. I recommend to use a cloud saving device for files like documents, pics, and music, plus this for saving all other information on your hard-drive in case of error.

Works like a flash drive, but not as fast. It is not intended to be the main drive. I like the size and has a cord long enough to reach the motherboard USB plugs.
