It is plug in the usb port and instantly access the hard drive. Great for storing music, videos, music, documents or for backing up your Windows in case of a crash (keeping all your internal hard drive's data).

Works exactly as it should. I love the amount of space because I can keep tons of games on it without worrying about them taking up space on my pc or PlayStation.

This is needed to save you documents. I have some very important documents that I need for ministry and I am glad to know they are sage from hackers.

This external hard drive is easy to use, and with my PC it didn't even need to be formatted. Just follow the on screen prompts to download your files. I am not computer savvy but had no problems figuring it out.

The Hard Drive gets the Job Done in backing up my data. I got this as a backup for my Laptop that only came with 128 Gig Internal HD.

Meets my needs. Plugs into usb port with no problem. I own 3 such hard drives. One for each computer. I recomend this for any one that owns a computer. Saved me when the main hard drive failed in my desk top.

Love it! Just plug and play. It couldn't be easier. I was worried that there would be a lot of formatting, etc, because I was backing up a Mac. No so! Just a few clicks and I was in business. I do recommend using two external storage devices or one device and a cloud service as almost every review I read stated that at some point, most people loose as least some of the information on this type of drive. I had an issue with my old MacBook. A data recovery service was gong to charge $750 to extract my information. When I was finally able to get the computer to boot up, I immediately backed the entire hard drive up to this external drive... GREAT SAVINGS.... Got all my info and pictures back for under $100. Highly recommended!!

I bought this to transfer music and lyrics off my computer because I required extra space. It's easy to do and easy to take with me wherever I go.
