For my sons gaming system he needed more storage this was perfect for what he needed it for.

My laptop didn't have a lot of memory. I was told my laptop will crash. Working from home I was using up the memory real fast. With this product I was able to remove items from the laptop and put it on this hard drive. Doing this freed up my memory on the laptop. Now when I work I put everything on the external hard drive and for now I don't have to worry about having to go into the office. I appreciated the kindness of the salesman. I didn't know what I was looking for. He helped me and saved me money. Thank You Best Buy!!

This is so easy to set up along with a ton of storage at a great price

I needed this to back up my laptop before I did a clean wipe and OS reinstall. This connected right away, and worked like a charm. Now it is acting as a network storage drive.

Have not had it for long but it was able to store everything from my old home and still have an enormous amount of room left.
