      Works as advertised at a very great price. Western Digital is sooooo much better than Seagate. However, it is nice that Best Buy offers both manufactures.

      My experience was wonderful!!! I was extremely pleased with the WD - Easystore 1TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Black that I received with my Geek Squad experience. The tech was very informative and took her time to explain the repairs that were made to my computer and answered my numerous questions. I will remain with the Geek Squad forever. I especially like having an appointment for my repairs because my time is important to me.
