The hard drive is fine, but I really wanted to evaluate the performance of Jeremy. He was patient, diligent, and courteous. He spent 1.5 hours with me on my initial visit, and spent additional time with me when I returned.

Great hard drive really helps out on space. Makes games move faster. Load faster.

When my HDD started showing signs of impending failure I wanted to make sure my info was backed up prior to replacing it. Setup and using it were very easy. Now that I have the new SSD installed, I have the external drive plugged in and I'm automatically backing up my system on a regular schedule.

I was able to store all of my data to the device in a quick manner, works great!

I have had many WD hard drives over the years with no problems. This one is no exception. It is extremely small and was simple to use, just plug and play. USB 3.0 makes the transfers fast. I recommend to anyone who needs more storage space in a small package.

The Easystore drive was recommended by a Geek Squad Tech when the old external drive brought in with my laptop was failing and I was at risk of loosing many history files. A great choice which also had space to capture history files of another computer at home. Would recommend it to others.

I purchased this to transfer data for a computer that was being reset through Geeksquad. Great that they had a drive, and it was reasonably priced because I had forgotten that I need to bring on with me. Always nice to have a extra.

This Easystore portable hard drive was a replacement for a Seagate hard drive that just wasn't working on my MacBook after an update to Monterey. This works great; have partitioned it for use as a backup drive and Time Machine. It's reasonably priced.

Purchased this for backup of data from old computer to new. Purchased rite at store when we brought old computer to geek squad staff. They took it transferred data and gave it back to us when we picked the new one up. Very easy process and now we have a fresh start for backup. Work great.

When I purchased a new laptop from Best Buy, the Geek Squad transferred the data from my old laptop. In addition I purchased a external hard drive for a copy of my data just in case I need it for another computer in the future.
