Very good product from WD. I mostly use it for storage of pictures, Music and videos. Transfers are fast and efficient. Especially the larger movie files. I have many WD hard drives. I like them for their durability.

Performed as advertised. Easy to set up, back up was quick. Lightweight, portable back up hard drive. I have only used for a few weeks now, but performs as advertised. Lots of storage capacity.

Geek Squad efficiently transferred all content of an Asus computer that had died to this portable hard drive. There is plenty of additional space left to back up another computer.

I needed a backup drive ASAP so I ran to Best Buy and picked this off the shelf. I had to back up my Dad's Windows 10 machine, including creating a system image. It connected and performed quickly and beautifully. Then I plugged in into my Mac Book Pro to check my files and it read everything seamlessly. When my Dad's Laptop came back from repair, I was able to restore the machine using the system image on this drive.

Needed some type of storage when having a laptop serviced and bought this one to download everything from the laptop for possible later use. It has done the job and I will continue to use it to backup my home computer

Great way to keep office work separate from personal home usage of computer. I'm able to store work information in this stylish unit with the availability to take it with me to have my office wherever I may be.

Who doesn’t need storage? This is great for storing files and photos quickly and it’s compatible with Apple devices. Small enough to carry or conveniently store away safely.

The external hard drive is great for storing pictures or other large files as it eliminates the compiling storage of your pc or laptop and gives you mush more storage to help keep memory from building up and slowing your pc or laptop down.

Needed to offload files since my laptop was getting stuffed. This did the trick and freed space, not much to say. Straight-forward and should be what you need for mass storage and backup purposes.

I bought this in order to clean up the storage on my computer so that I have enough space to download and play sims4. It works really well. So far I just have pictures and concert videos saved on it.

I backed up my files from my PC before getting a new one. This is small and portal, no issues just plug in drag & drop

I have had an old WD HDD since 2007. It used USB 2.0. The WB easyStore is smaller than back then and uses USB 3.0. It downloads files faster for backup from your PC or Mac.

The external hard drive allow me to remove documents etc with losing any items.

My husband brought in a picture of what he wanted and the employees found it and were very helpful. We had purchased a used DVR that needed an external hard drive. It was easy for him to install and has been working well.

I was actually pleasantly surprised at the file transfer speed for being an external hard drive in the smaller 2.5” size. Not sure what the rotational speed is, but I used a large 3.5” external drive with 7200rpm speed and this one was the same if not faster at transferring files. Very silent as well. Have used this to transfer large file sizes very well.
