The WD Easystore was very easy to start using. Simply plug into your computer and it starts working on its own. It took quite a while to back-up but there was a lot of data to save.

I purchased to replace two older externals used on an iMac for the "time machine" backup. There were indications that one of those drives were failing. Since installing these they have performed flawlessly.

This hard drive is easily set up and easy to use. I had many years of files I needed to transfer off of a laptop and this handled all of the transferring with ease.

Though not the fastest on the market, the WD Elements' large capacity makes it an excellent deal considering its low price.You have to pay extra to use its included backup software after the introductory 30-day trial. The drive has no security features and carries a short warranty of just one year.

I've always relied on Western Digital drives for over 20 years and so far have never had an issue, knock on wood. This was on sale and being portable, with no power supply needed makes it easy to recommend

Works great for what I needed it for. I bought it for my PS4 cause I was getting low on memory. it was real easy to set up and it installs games real fast.

This was so easy to use. I have never used an external hard drive before. It was easy to see it on my old laptop and easy to download files onto it. It was just as easy to upload the files to my new laptop.

I bought it so Geek Squad could salvage some files from a crashed hard drive. The drive was toast, so they could not recover anything. So I use the Easystore to to backup my new computer. Works just fine!

It's amazing how much capacity this little thing has - way more than I needed but it was the smallest one available - and it was still a reasonable price. It will be handy to keep all my pictures backed up.
