I originally ordered an external hard drive from Amazon, and it didn’t work. Found this one online at Best Buy, so I went to the store and was in and out in 5min. Set up was as simple as open the package and plug in the usb. Great product to back up your files!

This has been a good drive. Lots of capacity. The drive works very well. I needed the capacity when I bought it but now the 5Terabyte units are the same price that this was when I bought it.
