It works as stated. Very easy to use and has a lot of storage. It is compact enough to carry around between meetings or when traveling.

I am only giving this a 4 at this time as I am new to this technology of trying to backup data from an older MacBook Pro laptop... just in case. This was easy to use with my laptop in combination with Time Machine, something else I had never used before. My question to myself was why had I not purchased one sooner?

Super easy to use! great backup drive option. Used this for all pictures when migrating to a new computer Did not end up using the included utility that came with the drive but it still worked great!

I bought this to transfer files from my laptop to my first pc. It's also nice to have a backup of everything from your pc or laptop. I haven't had any issues or complaints about it.

I have always used WD external HD. I have 2. My husband needed one for his work laptop. Went right to WD and ordered this one for him. Connected with no issues.

This drive is perfect. Small, solid, large capacity, comes with the cable, with fast, cool, quiet operation. Not much more you could ask for in an external drive.

Easy way to backup your computers. May be automatic with the cloud but sometimes”in your hand” is better.

In my mind, this is a 1 or a 5. It works or it doesn’t. Fortunately, it worked and I used it to copy my files to move to another computer. Pricing was attractive.

Our desktop motherboard went out and we took it to the Geek Squad to see if they could recover our files. We bought the external hard drive and they were able to save everything and transfer it.

it is exactly as it says. Easystore. Plug it in and it works. It's the the third one I've bought so far.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas since he's been wanting more memory for his games and so far he has been very happy with the space he has for it now. That's all I have to say about that.

What a great storage. My computer was slow due to the fact that its memory was full. I just transferred all my files into it and I couldn’t be happier than that

Easy to install and seems to be working and accepting downloaded data. One never knows until they take it to another computer and try to open it. That's when the rubber meets the road.

Great product. Fairly easy setup. Couple confusing parts when setting up on a MacBook. But once setup, it does it’s job and works great.

I have needed something to back/copy my files and pics from my PC for some time now. But have hesitated, not being aware of how easy it could be to install and copy files. Finally gave in due to reviews and a recommendation by my son. Love my WD-easystore.

Only used it for Geek Squad to download data when the operating system died on our former laptop. No complaints so far.
