Nice small hard drive

Installs and starts working very quickly. The only downside is a super short power cord so the hard drive will remain on top of my computer.

Great Portable HD

Easy to set up and backed up all the info I needed in a couple of minutes. Can't beat the Best Buy price either!

Great little thing

I have a fast laptop but almost no HD space... I edit my videos linked to the files and it runs fine... I haven't noticed any difference in speed with the files being on the external drive so that was awesome.

It's been great so far, no issues. Shipped quick and arrived very fast, but there wasn't any protection in the box, no bubble wrap or packing peanuts, just the hard drive in the box. There was no damage but still there should have been some kind of protection, which is why it's four stars.

WD 2T Perfect 4 making sure everything is saved

And there's always room to spare with 2 TB of memory. I'll be wanting a second one before too long. It's a WIN / WIN, for yourself or as a gift.

Better Than The Passport Model

Easy Backup

Best Buy helped set it up and it's easy to backup your system. Glad I got it. You can set it up for automatic so you don't have to remember to do the backup.

Worked with older OS laptops

Transferred 43,000 pics at one time. At first it was having issues being seen and then it worked the next time. Not sure what might have changed.
