I had to download some of the apps that actually came with it because they would not load from the unit, probably because they were outdated. The only problem I had was getting it to eject after using it. You may have to shut down your computer (which shuts down anything that may be running it) to diconnect it.

Great PS4 asnd PS5 backup drive

Great Hard Drive at a Reasonable Price

I have a few of these products and they are wonderful, light to care and long lasting. I have never had one fail as of yet! Keep up the great work WD.
