I cannot get to my files I have saved on it. When I do the diagnostics test on it says everything is fine. It was good for the time I was able to use it but a pain now.

I bought this to store photos and videos from my old computer that I had to get rid of. He said it was fast and simple.

Great Deal on a Close Out

Not sure if Best Buy still has any in stock, but if you're looking for a portable back-up drive, run down and see if they are still available
