Works...After some work.

It installed on my MacBook Pro without any trouble but installed as a Read Only. I had to visit YouTube to learn how to change it so I could actually drag and drop files on it. I do all the graphics and video for my church so I know my way around a computer but this extra few steps I thought were cumbersome. I just want plug and play. The hard drive had to work for both Mac and PC as multiple people need to access it so I guess this is the cost for that convenience.

Does the job

It's extremely easy to setup, you essentially just plug 'n play. Will definitely purchase again if needed for any other systems, because for the price, it's very decent for 2TB.

Great external drive for the price.

She is using the drive to archive many of term papers and pictures. It has performed wonderfully and her laptop is now back it to speed.
