Just format it through your Xbox One and set it to store all future downloads or installs. Had about a month and no problems so far. Plugs into unused Usb port. No wall plug required.

In all seriousness, this little guy is perfect for storing and stashing all those files you don't want anybody to find stored on your local hard drive. ;) Fits easily into your pocket, seems fairly rugged but I'm not a fan of the cable design.
