It works perfectly for a PS4 and I put games that I least play on it to save space and I can just unplug when I don't use it and will work great when I plug it back in

A good harddrive

Does what it should

Only thing to note is you have to download a program to get full functionality so keep that in mind if your computer is already 100% full, it will not install. Other than that, works great!
