WD Backup Software Issue

However, I think I was mislead by the mention that WD backup software was included. This is still mentioned in the specs but it is not available from WD. They mention Acronis which requires a license. I have been using WIndows file history but because I was unable to figure out the WD backup offer until now. Somewhat misleading specs because I purchased this particular drive to do auto backups and expected it to be easy. It does not seem that's the case.

Superb Backup Power

I bought it to expand the storage on my PlayStation 4. It plugged in through USB, and was easy to format. Works like a charm!

Compact and easy to use

It takes the place of our old external drive that had an electric cord plus USB to use. This has only a USB, is much lighter and less cumbersome to use. Easy to set up and use. Plus it is fast! Glad we got it.

Very small footprint but a huge amount of storage space. Hooked up to PC, used Windows back up...off and running. Greta prie too.
