Purchased 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is a great product that I purchased as part of a Geek Squad in store system restore service episode..... the service desk folks were knowledgeable and professional ... great team.

I bought this one after my last Toshiba external hard drive gave out. This one is fast, affordable and a great size. I would recommend it for those looking to store and back up laptop/desktop data.

This drive was very easy to partition for a Mac. I even sub divided it (easily) to make partition for Time Machine and for other files. You can partition it to read both windows files and Mac files. I plan to store my photos on this along with Time machine backups. The drive is midget-sized, so it will fit in the soft case with my laptop.

Ordered this on my lunch break & pick it up after work. Very impressed with the streamlined process. With Covid-19 on people minds these days. This has one of the greatest side effects. 5 Stars, Bestbuy. Will be doing business again in the near future.

Really easy to set up and use. Very great price. The WD Back-up software sets up with no trouble and runs in the background to keep critical files backed-up on a regular schedule.

This hard drive is great, the only issue is that it comes with a weird formatting thing that you need to remove so that you can easily use it with your Macbook without having to use the company's software.

Solid feel and nice form factor. Used it to transfer some Linux files from one Dvr to another, reformatted it back to NTFS and now using it as backup storage.

This hard drive started right up when connected to my PC. It's small and compact and it fits nicely in the hard drive case that I bought to use with it when I travel. Works well on Mac and Windows.

Install it on PS4 and works flawlessly. There are so many products and models out there, i do not have experience on other brands. But when installed this on my ps4 console, it took less than 2 minutes which is pretty cool.

Had to get this hard drive in Hawaii since the hard drive on the Mac was full. I had a problem when I tried to mount the hard drive on the Mac. After searching on google I found the fix. Now I have it for all my photos that I take.
