It was easy to start, plugged into the MacBook and ran without difficulty

The WD easy store 2tb usb 3.0 external portable hard drive is a direct plug and play. Has a good storage capacity at a good price.

It works, I mean price wise this is I believe the best option you can get. It’s a hard drive so I didn’t expect super high speeds, but it does it’s job great.

Great HDD. I use it with my Mac as a backup drive. Blazing fast with the USB3 connectivity. As for the initial setup - you need to do some magic to be able to format it to APFS, but if you stuck, just do a little google magic, and you'll have a running drive in a couple of minutes.

Good for storage for Xbox. It was very much needed to play more games.

I purchased the Western Digital easystore 2TB a couple weeks ago, and have been very happy with it so far. It was simple plug and play with my Xbox One, the only reason I bought it. Xbox asked to format the drive, and about a minute after first connecting, it was ready to go. I'm considering switching to a bigger size, but will be sticking with this model for sure. As described in the title, it's compact, sits right on top of my Xbox One. It's light, so I'm not worried about it sitting over the disk tray on my Xbox. And it transfers quickly, I installed 2-4 relatively large games in a very short time. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

Duplicated the item which was chosen when Geek Squad recovered lost files and put them onto a new hard drive. They both are good products

I grabbed this when it was on sale because I needed to expand the memory of my PS4. There was no complicated set up, just plug in and instant 2TB of space. Great hardware.

I purchased this item on the run due to issues I was having with my normal storage device. It was easy to use and works extremely well when you need extra storage space in a pinch.

I was extremely pleased with the pricing on the harddrive. 2 TB for only $70. Western Digital makes great hard drives and this one by no means is an exclusion for that reputation.
