    Love this external drive! Had an older version that was tall & somewhat thin - eventually fell and plastic casing broke. Took quite an effort to get contents off the old drive. New Easy Store 3.0 2TB hard drive is fantastic! It’s small, lies flat on table - not likely to fall & break. Very fast file transfer. Only wish I had purchased the 4TB!

    I came into a Best Buy store looking for an external drive. I was referred to this Western Digital - EasyStore & was excited as it was on sale. I feel it is a pretty good drive overall and very easy to use. My only issue with it is that is fires off a malware warning which requires my WebRoot software to resolve. I called Geek Squad team and they were very helpful, spending some significant time looking into it and determined that everything is working well expect this warning that goes away after the WebRoot is run. After this purchase, I have an even better regard for the support I received from the Geek Squad.

    Bought the drive on WD's strong reputation for quality. So far this drive has passed the tests. I encrypted the drive which means it was cranking for almost 2 days. Test one passed...the drive is easily logged into via encryption meaning the whole process was successful and it's running perfectly. So far it has passed my scrutiny. I think it will satisfy yours.

    I got this on sale so I figure it was the best time to buy it, especially with a stay at home order and a lack of available storage on my PS4 hard drive. Set up was super easy. Just plug the drive to the PS4 via USB port, format it, and a few seconds later 2 TB of available storage for games, games, and more games.
