    I got this as a spare for my existing external. Works great for my needs and I can leave my desktop one safe at home where there is less of a chance of it getting dropped and breaking where this one I feel comfortable traveling with.

    My PC was running slow because my hard drive was filled. I just plugged this in to my PC and moved all my music , photos, and video files over. Now my PC is working great again. This portable Hard drive is silent and has a fast transfer speed. I would recommend.

    worked well as expected for the money. We will see long term as WD products have had some issues (their 4tb color portables were horrible- died in less than 2 years of easy use.

    After having owned a Seagate Slim Drive preciously, I like the sturdy compactness of this WD Drive. It’s smaller and more compact than my prior drive, although slightly thicker and slightly heavier. I dropped my lighter Slim Drive which caused it to dent, but this drive seems to be sturdier. Has worked flawlessly so far.
