    I bought this for an Xbox One, for use as an external hard drive. The hard drive was easily recognized by the Xbox One, and I was able to quickly format it for use. While it did take some time to move the games over to the new ext HD, the process was flawless. This was a great value for a gaming system external hard drive.

    This is a very good portable HDD that you can use for back up or storage whatever you want. Also the HDD comes with a pre-build software that help to make back ups for your system. You can choose the intervals of your back ups since it let you customize it.

    Drive works well but is formatted as Windows NTFS. My attempt to format it as an Apple drive failed. I had to connect to Windows PC reformat as FAT then was able to format on my Mac. Other than that drive meets all my needs.

    I was just over the top pleased with this drive. I was clearing out my desktop for sale and needed tera-byte level data storage. The price is why BestBuy is called BestBuy! Plug ‘n Play, very fast even with an old USB port. Still had room to offload a bunch of stuff from my laptop.

    I needed a drive with more memory to replace my older drive used as a backup. The setup was easy. I transferred the files from my old drive to this one with problem. I've only had this drive for less than a month so I can't comment on reliability. aBased on the ease of setup and use I would recommend this to a friend.
