    These Western Digital drives have been life savers for me. PC hard drives fill up so fast that you need to go external. Also, there is the added benefit of having your info/data/pictures backed up outside the PC/Laptop. Best Buy has great prices on these, especially when they go on sale. I will buy more...

    A little finicky with some Linux-native backup tools, but otherwise OK. Doesn't seem to agree with backintime or kup, for some reason. After formatting, make sure permissions are set properly
