    I needed a portable hard drive for a new computer I was getting and was needed something to transfer my old files from my old computer to my new one. I decided to do this through just using a portable hard drive and wanted to transfer my files from one to another.

    This will be the second one I purchased the first one is at Western digital RMA stopped working with all my important data on it and they do not recover data for you and the reason it stopped working according to Western digital the firmware tried to update and logs were missing so because of their software I lost all of my data hopefully this hard drive is betterAnd I noticed the box says made for Best Buy maybe that's the problem

    How much space does someone need? This is the second drive just like the first one I bought so you know I like it. These are laptop drives assembled into an external USB case exclusively for Best Buy. They are ideal for backing up my data hard drive D with 400 gigabytes of data.
