This device is small, sleek and good looking. Had no problems using it with various devices including an Xbox 360, Android TV box and MacBook Pro although different devices had different formatting requirements.

Huge space, a bit pricey. Reliable product so far.

When I set it up it said that there was an option to save items to the cloud. But when I click to activate (purchase) this additional feature, it said that feature was no longer available. It took me a while to figure out how to set up the regular backup because it prompted me to continuously activate and purchase the upgraded product and then would tell me it wasn't available and would close everything out. Since I worked out the kinks it appears to be doing its basic function

I bought this to provide another backup for my laptop. It is unbeliveably fast. It does work with USB 3.0 so I guess that is rhe reason. Easy to use and does require external power. Get one if you are backing up your hard drive.

Super easy to use, plug and play. I have had it for a while now and had no issues. We only use it on occasion to do backups, so it is not having daily use. I use another one at my office that is used daily and no issues there either!

Bought this because my old one was only 240gb and I couldn't transfer all my data at once to a new computer. Works like a charm and at a great price. Wd quality for years to come and didnt break the bank
