This is my 3rd WD time machine drive that i have purchased over the years. They have always performed flawlessly. Just plug in, format, and select as your time machine, and forget.

Works great for storing data and games on my xbox one. Just plug it in, format it, then good to go.

the only thing ie that it doesn't connect well with phones. However for a computer it is a great backup

I trust the brand and the sale price sealed the deal.

I used a different brand before and the sales clerk told me to try this one. It far succeeded my expectations in comparison! The transfer speed was extremely fast. This hard drive was very easy to use, too.

Hated the fact that I had several memory cards with family pictures laying around, that I invested in this portable hard drive. Now I have all my pictures saved in one place with no worry of losing them.

Don't just store your files on your internal hard drive...makes backup copies to something like this. Easy to use and small enough to store in a small safe or safe deposit box.

This was a great External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive.

The software is not recognized by my Mac. I had to format and then it was recognized.

My windows 10 upgrade failed me. I needed a back up that I could hook up externally. I was able to recover all my personal finals and stored on the external hard drive. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Good storage, easy to use and small enough to be portable

I bought this memory to use for my PS4 system since it was running out of space. Super awesome memory runs the games very smooth and fast.

This drive has been great. The drive is very fast, extremely portable, minimum cables required (no power cord needed). I've used it for expanded memory on my game system, as well as my PC. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the cable included is so short. I hands-down prefer Western Digital or Seagate for reliability.

My dad was in need of another external hdd since his older, smaller one was failing, so was glad to have found this one sale at the time. Said it's been working great for backing up all his pics and vids.

This is a very nice USB 3.0 HDD. It's super easy to your digital data. It's very reliable, relatively fast, and for the price you cant beat this product. You will not regret this purchase.

Awesome, simple, and practical purchase for someone looking to backup their files... especially if you have a lot of files. 3TB is plenty enough for any avid computer user. The only thing I thought would improve this item would be either a stronger casing or something to give it a stronger physically defending value to protect from drops.
