Purchased this for backing up all my husbands music and our pictures. Is a great idea if your computer ever decides to crash.

My wife and I each needed some new drives for backing up our data so I purchased 2 of these. Both are very fast and have had no mechanical issues as of yet.

Bought to back up Apple computer. Have to map drive for Apple, but didn’t automatically start when plugged into computer. Was at point at retuning but then after unplugging and plugging back into computer several times got it to map the drive. Once drive was mapped it seems to work as expected.

Gave this item as a Christmas present and the recipient was very excited! He takes pictures and was happy that it would be able to hold thousands of images!

I have purchased this item before and needed another for storing data. I think the quality is great for the price and recommend this hard drive

I exclusively use WD drives to store my photo images. As a pro photographer I have many of these drives and always find the reasonably prices and very reliable.

This is a great value from a pricing perspective, and I am happy with the purchase. It works well with my laptop and PC, and works as advertised.

This product was good, opened it up and used right away.

I took off a star because initially I couldn't get my laptop to recognize the hard drive. Once I got it to recognize the hard drive it's Snappy quick easy to use Plug and Play you're all set. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an easy solution to backup their files, pictures, Etc.

Bought it for $59.99 on sale. Backed up all my iphone photos and videos to the wd easystore 2TB. I have lot’s of storage space left. It’s exactly what I needed.

I am giving this a 3 star review only because it was not compatible with my Mac because the macOS had updated to a newer version. Im sure if it was compatible I would of kept this one as well as my others. The ability for it to not connect to my Mac was a tremendous issue.

Good value external storage for my PS4. I have been using this unit for about a year and it has not had any issues to date.

WD has been my go to hard drive company for over 10 years. Their products are long lasting, and reliable, and that's the most important thing when it comes to hard drives.

A must have for hardcore gamers. A lot of games have huge save files and this prevents you from running out of room on your PS4 or Xbox

Wonderful space on this which is to be expected. Great for PlayStation. I have 50 plus games and still have space for more.

No issue at all. Set up is easy. I connect it to the internet router and it appears on my pc. The speed is not very fast but good for overnight backup.
