After being forced to get this specific drive and nothing else, it died on me soon after. Luckily I already recovered what was on it. What a waste. What a useless waste of money.

They come with back-up software and utilities, saving money on back-up software. Since they are USB 3.0, they are faster than previous USB 2.0 drives.
