Easy to use, compact, and reasonably priced way to run back-ups of your important data. Lots of space with 2 TB.

Very easy to use, reliable external hard drive, enough storage space (2 TB) for my current needs because my computer hard drive has about 1 TB capacity. I use the external hard drive to back up my computer hard drive. I am glad I bought the external hard drive and I highly recommend it. There is a minor inconvenience: the external hard drive does not come with its own case.

Easy to use and lots of space. I was able to offload a lot of files off my pc to help it run fast and efficient.

I’ve been using the WD Easystore 2TB External Hard Drive for a few weeks now, and it’s been super reliable. Setup was quick! Just plug and go and it works seamlessly with both my computer and PS4. The transfer speeds are fast, and I like that it’s small enough to carry around without taking up space. It’s perfect for backing up files, photos, and videos. Definitely a great buy for the price.

I purchased this drive to perform weekly backups of the files and documents on my laptop. It was simple to set up (it's basically plug and play) and it has performed flawlessly so far. My laptop is getting a bit long in the tooth, and I know that one of these days when I least expect it, it's gonna' crap out on me. But thanks to the weekly backups I'm now doing, I don't quite worry as much about losing everything. All in all, it's pretty inexpensive peace of mind.

Loved the size n storage capacity. Easy to take on the go (light weight), useful with a laptop, great to store photos and assignments for school. I bought several external storages in the past which were not only bulky in size but had less storage capacity than this product. I will be purchasing a few more for other family members and myself...will be transferring many old photos saved on desktop to this product.

I bought this to add to our PS4 for extended storage. Never had to use extended storage for that thing before, but my boy has added too many games and it was time to find more room. I was a bit worried about setting it up, but once plugged it, it was pretty intuitive to get it working on the PS4. I was also worried that moving games over to this thing would slow down the system during gameplay, but that hasn't been the case whatsoever. Works like a charm!

These external drives from Western Digital are very useful storage mediums. I do a lot of recording games for YouTube, and as those who create gameplay videos would know, those file sizes require a lot of storage space! It is very easy to run out, even if you buy a 2TB drive. I have never had any issues with these WD external drives. They're very durable, connect easily to your computer, have a reasonable copy/transfer speed using USB, and are very affordable for the storage space they offer. They very rarely suffer errors, and so they are an almost invaluable tool if you wish to record gameplay and entertainment videos or store any other sort of large data. You can even use them on your PS4 in a pinch for extra storage, and the games run directly from the drive! Not much more I can say. Just very useful storage tools to have around, when doing any type of video recording using your computer or any large data storage.

Dependable external storage at a reasonable price. Worked well for what I needed. Mostly files and pictures were stored on it and its held up fine.

So far it's good but I have used it twice to back up photos and video clips. Setup: Simple plug and then it will prompt to load drivers. Quality: The device feels sturdy, cable fits just right. So far Overall, a good quality drive, download speed is good. I playbacked videos from the drive and it ran smoothly. I got it at a great price on sale. I also used a $5 reward credit so definitely sing up for the Rewards Program.

I use the WD Easystore 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive with my desktop to store all my documents. Easy plug and play. My desktop only came with 256GB so when I needed additional storage this was the best value for the price I found. It's fast and dependable and the small form factor is a definite plus. If you need additional storage for your computer I highly recommend this external HDD as your first option.

This hard drive is easy to use and has come in handy for all my files. I like how I’m able to create folders inside the hard drive for more organization. As well as being able to manage how much of the hard drive storage I want to use.

Works great, no problems. Love the SSD can plug and play or store. We use several for different aplkications such as one for vidro, another for pictures, another for music. It simplifies finding issues. We just label the drives and date whats loaded on them. Much better than the old drives, less mechanics to them. GREAT FOR BACK UPS. Takes less space than cd/dvd, but ee use both and keep several backups just in case of failures. Nice if you have a safety deposit box.

Great Hard Drive. Very portable and works well. I would buy this external drive, Great price . Love that it fits in my pocket and has 2tb of space. Great for coping your favorite photos and documents to save and just put away in a drawer to be saved for future use. Love it. Go ahead and get yourself one of these WD Easystore 2TB external drive.

Seems fine so far - easy to use; with plenty of storage

This is a great product. It has a lot of space, which is just what I need for maintaining files for my small business, and keeping family pictures and videos safe and secure.
