Picked this little guy up for Time Machine backups on my Mac. Works great on PCs, too. Fast. Nice, compact size. Backup your stuff by keeping all your stuff on at least 2 separate drives, at the same time. Cloud is OK, but usually limited storage. And... have you ever tried to get 2TB of stuff off the cloud? Takes forever. Get your stuff back in a fraction of the time.

Very easy to use, and no issues in using it as external storage, it's very slim so I can fit it anywhere I want to without it occupying my space. Going from work to University I just have a GPS tag on it so if it ever goes misplaced I can easily find it. It helps me keep everything organized rather than having a bunch of smaller USB units.

I bought to plug into my router. It was easy to configure and now it show up as an extra 2TB hard drive on all of my computers. It is always on powered by the USB. I have checked it several times and it is always cool to the touch. I would recommend for this purpose or for basic portable hard drive storage with reasonably fast performance.

Because I do photography as a hobby, I always need external drives to backup all pictures I take. I have many external drives, but this 2TB is just the right size and weight to carry with me in my purse to share any pictures on any computer. I have always bought WD, it really is very reliable and easy to use. Very satisfied with this drive and the capacity for storage is just right.

I purchased this portable hard drive because I needed it to for my macbook and to save pictures. It was extremely easy to set up on my laptop. After setting it up I was also able to easily relocate items from my laptops memory to the portable hard drive. I use it to back up my laptop every day as well - it is great to know that all of my items are secure and safe!

Love this drive! Plenty fast for external storage (~100-110 MB/s), tons of space for backups, 1 cable hookup, no power adapter necessary, whisper quiet, super small. Glad I picked it over the desktop variant! Did not use the bundled software as I prefer other methods for data management, but even though it’s not listed, this drive DOES work with the WD edition of Acronis True Image, which is easy to use and works great. Best part is all you need is this drive to be plugged in for it to work (you don’t have to do anything with the drive itself - I cloned between 2 non-WD drives no problem - just needed this drive plugged in), and with its great portability, it’s an easy task, unlike the larger desktop drives. Bought a 2TB version for my brother-in-law for his PS4, and it worked great there as well. Get it!

This Easystore hard drive is perfect for storing photos and videos because of its 2TB capability. I got this after Sony announced the new update for the PS5 console in which we can install our ps4 and PS5 games in an external hard drive. It was on sale for 57 dollars, I would be crazy to miss that deal. Got it today, plugged it in the PS5 and so far everything works greats.

Small and compact, easily slips into briefcase. Plug and play. Huge volume. I needed something to move files off a no-longer-supported western digital home cloud and this made the process simple.

I want 3 things from every purchase. I want it to work fast. I want it to last... and I want it to be on sale or at least priced right. This Western Digital external hard drive gives me all three of these things. As for reliability, I've had it for 6 months and it's still going strong. I expect it to give me at least 5 solid years of reliable operation and then I will feel that I got my money's worth. Great Hard Drive!

This was exactly what I needed. It's small, portable, and 2TB is plenty of storage. I plugged it into the back of my TV and forgot it was there.

i picked this item up because it works with my playstation 5 and the sale price couldnt be beat. it was super simple to connect to the ps5 and format to the correct file format for me to be able to store my games on it and it is the correct setup for me to be able to directly play ps4 games from it. absolutely pleased with it.

I purchased this for use with the PS4 and it works perfectly! No problems out of the box, connected straight to the console and it instantly knew it was connected. Stores a couple games currently and can't tell the difference if I'm running off the console or the hard drive. Definitely looking to purchase another for other uses! Highly recommended.

My 1TB external drive wasn't going to have enough spare space for work I was doing, so I looked for a 2TB one and the price was right on this. I didn't realize how TINY it is! It worked exactly right from the start and takes up so much less space on my desk. Just about the size of the palm of my hand!

Works great, no problems. Love the SSD can plug and play or store. We use several for different aplkications such as one for vidro, another for pictures, another for music. It simplifies finding issues. We just label the drives and date whats loaded on them. Much better than the old drives, less mechanics to them. GREAT FOR BACK UPS. Takes less space than cd/dvd, but ee use both and keep several backups just in case of failures. Nice if you have a safety deposit box.
