I love this product! If it wasn’t for the 2tb storage I would’ve never been able to get my PS4 updated! So, I was really excited for that! This was the easiest purchase as I was in need of an external hard drive that I could back up my entire latop files prior to doing a much needed operating system upgrade. The plug and play nature was effortless and gave this techophile Not! a sigh of relief at the ease to operate.

probably the fastest way to add storage to your computer, just plug in and go. Win 10 will do everything quick and the drive can be used for whatever you need to store outside of your main drive. you can also use it as a backup drive with the software off the WD website.

This handy backup drive recommended by Best Buy staff is working seamlessly behind the scene. It gives me confidence that any malfunction of my PC will not result in loss of critical data. The unit was installed on my PC during a regular PC "clean up" using my membership with Total Tech support.

This was purchased as a backup for a server, in which they work well, i own a few. I did return it for a similar priced NVMe drive, as the project itvwas needed for fell through.
