Review of purchase of WD external hard drive

The most painful thing after having purchased this item was having a Western Digital employee help me to complete the initial setup/formulation for this equipment over the phone. I was not able to give this equipment a proper name while doing this, but this did not impede the setup thankfully. This process should be much less of a hardship (in my opinion).

Decided to keep it as a back up for my system after its resurrection. Its small size and large capacity sealed the deal for me. I can grab it and run in case of a disaster at home.
