PLENTY OF STORAGE AND VERY CONVENIENT FOR EASE OF USE.

I bought 2 of these to expand storage for my PS4 Pro & my Xbox One S. Just plug in and follow a few very easy steps and you're all set. These are vital to have for your systems.

The WD Easystore's have always been my go-to for hard drives, mostly because they're always in stock at my Best Buy. These are as great of an option as anything else I'd find on Amazon or some other tech stores. And they're constantly on sale, if you sign up for BestBuys email then you're basically guaranteed to see one of these on sale at least once a week. This isn't a fault of WD specifically but moreso the whole external drive industry. For the love of God, please switch over to USB-C already. The stupid Micro-USB sibling that they all use today hasn't been a broadly used port since the Galaxy S5. The $2 price hike to implement that port instead is more than worth it for consumers and its more likely someone would have a USB-C port lying around if they lost the included one than the stupid on they have now.

did not take long to install, easy to use. must have for a DJ to bring out more music for any kind of party, (better than carrying crates of vinyl,) I bought 2 since they we're on sale. employee on the phone was great to work, she said was highly recommended for my needs.

Needed to purchase an external drive to back up 2 computers that went down at the same time! Both fit on this easily and saved me from losing alot of files. Bought on recommendation from Geek squad.

My Xbox One 500 GB storage was approaching 90%. I needed a way to expand my storage in a cost effective way. This unit was only $20 more than the 1TB version so I chose this one. I just plugged it into a USB 3 port and instantly jumped my storage up to 2 TB.

The WD 2TB External HD is good value for money, especially if transfer speed/time is not an important requirement. For example, I backup my MacBook Pro (MBP) to the WD 2TB HD every night using Time Machine (TM). I set the TM backup process in motion and generally don't use my MBP much until early next morning. So, for me, transfer speed is not a critical requirement.

I got this for my Xbox one to transfer my games to a new Xbox one X. Works perfectly. Cheaper than the official sea gate hard drive. Xbox one can use any hard drive that 3.0 USB. Easy to use. Worth the price.

My computer went down..I bought this so the Geeks could save all of my files.. They fixed my Computer....I now have the hard drive sitting on my desk...I think the info is inthere.

I have used their products in the past. This is being used as additional storage for my PlayStation 4. Easy to use, just connect the cable to the PlayStation and the other to the disc drive. Follow the prompts on the screen, a few controller clicks later, you're all set.

Needed some extra storage to offload past projects--this fits the bill nicely! Works easily with my Macbook.

Nice sleek design and lots of storage for the price. The only thing that might improve this is maybe add some type of light/indicator that shows it's in use.
