Pics from Mac to PC

Followed some exfat formatting procedure found on google, for this new drive. Took hours to copy over 45000 photos from Mac Mini to this drive. But they copied really fast.... minutes, to new PC. I’m hoping to find another use, maybe the back up drive for the new pc.
