Bought this for my Wii.....yup I'm that guy with a Wii but mine is hacked from like 13 years ago and now I have all my games back and added gamecube games as well boots fast great storage.

2 terabytes for the price of what used to be only 1 terabyte? Wow! Can't be beat.

Attached this to my ps5 to store ps4 games, not much storage on ps5 so it helps out. Also I can store ps5 games I am not playing instead of deleting them and re-downloading them.

So far, so good. Have been using the WD USB 3.0 Drive for about 3 weeks now. Everything seems to be in order. Reformat first with disk utility on Mac first. Then select Time Machine from systems preferences folder. Name it as you want and proceed to back-up your system. The first time takes longer. After that, very quick.

Was looking for more mobile storage for ALL my pictures and this was the answer! This particular item was on sale at a great price... deal done! Has worked flawlessly and am very happy.

This is pretty compact in size and big on storage.

I’ve only used it once so far, but it was easy to back up my computer files and transfer files from a much older hard drive to this one. It’s extremely small and light weight. My only gripe is the cord is pretty short. It’s not too big of a deal, though.

Using it as extended storage for PS4. Downloaded 7 games and used up 250GB; don’t have to worry about downloading games for a long while. Works great.. plug and play (quick formatting required but PS4 handles it all) seems pretty durable.

I like this so much I've ordered a second one. It holds a TON of stuff and I'm always afraid my laptop will conk out. I also uploaded everything from my old phone. Didn't faze it. Still will hold MUCH more. Very pleased.

Excelent had no issues with it and has been more than a year

I bought this drive for medical school and it worked really well for the first year. Unfortunately, when there seemed to be a problem with the port and I submitted it for warranty through Western Digital, they refused the claim saying there was "physical damage" to the drive and I had to pay them again just to ship my drive back to me. I am very disappointed because I paid the bigger price for extra storage thinking it would last and I relied heavily on this drive for school. If you don't run into a port problem then this is a great drive.

So grateful I got back from my previous computer in order to be able to successfully install everything into my new computer with space available
