Good all a-round 2GB size to save files or folders that you need most. Fast read and write speeds with 3.0 USB connector. If you will be using this for your daily back-ups it is a winner. Fair price when on sale at Best Buy!

Not silent, but very quiet. LED indicator is a lot brighter than it needs to be. My only concern is long-term reliability, since I've had a couple of WD drives crash over the years. So far I've never had a Seagate or Toshiba drive crash. Always do your backups in pairs.
