I had been looking for a portable hard drive to store pictures but didnt want to pay the asking price. Came across this hard drive as part of the deal of the day and was glad I did. It has been a great space saver. Great gadget at a great price!!!

Works great for a spinning drive! I use it for backup of files before moving them to my Raid dirve.

I have always used the brand to have all my information backed up, and it has never failed. has had difficult experiences and have managed to get ahead without losing any kbyte of information.

Solve my immediate problem and works great. I would buy it again. If I ever need more storage.

This is just cheap insurance for your files, photos, documents, etc. I have purchased three of these wd drives in different sizes. 2tb is more than I need in general but it's so cheap and easy, might as well take the extra space.

Needed a drive to store photos for a blog and this is working great. Used with an Apple Macbook Air as an intermediary from a Canon digital camera. Perfect as a storage site for data we don't want to lose!

Gotta have these for back up. Or you can pay the PC repair guys to do it but they charge more and this will hold like all your stuff if yer an average Joe....3-4 average Joes most likely.

I am using this as additional storage for my PS4 after hearing good things and, so far I don't have any complaints! Has worked very well. I do recommend waiting until it goes on sale because that happens decently often.

Love the amount of space for the price. It works great. Did take a little bit to het to run on a mac that is why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5.

This external transferred my files quickly and efficiently from my desktop to my laptop. Also was able to plug it into my media player and watch the files I had downloaded. Satisfied with its performance. Already bought another. FYI, there usually is a bit of “bloat ware” with these devices, but the drive works fine even if you ignore or remove it.

I use this band almost exclusively for my external hard drives because they are very reliable and i haven't had any issues to report.

Great storage and easy to use overall. If you need and external drive, this one is worth the money.

Works great for PS5 storage and stays put with wall mount.
