Even I figured out how to install this as a Time Machine! If I can do it, anyone can. Seems to be backing up my data several times a day. Works fine.

Very happy with product I was able to keep my saved data once my computer crashed

This 2TB model have two versions. The one with P/N number WDBAJN0020BBK-XA does not work with my Roku TCL TV. Another one with P/N number ending in XB instead of XA works perfectly with my Roku TCL TV. I know. I have two. Returned the XA for the XB. One local store has the XA model. Another store 4 mile away has the XB model. Hope this help some of you.

Easy to use and works like it should. Just plug in and add picture's, video's or documents.

Big bang in a little package.. I have a fast laptop but almost no HD space... I edit my videos linked to the files and it runs fine... I haven't noticed any difference in speed with the files being on the external drive so that was awesome.

The device is so easy to use. Immediately it works when I connected it to my laptop and desktop. The instruction is not complicated.

This is a great backup and external storage drive with multi drive format. This was a gift for my Grandson off to college..

Holds a lot of information. I moved a lot of files over to it from my desktop computer to use on my new laptop. It was faster than I thought it was going to be. Still have plenty of space left to new files.

I am so pleased with the ability to store my information with this drive. I thank Best Buy for helping me make this choice.

This was a good hard drive. It’s small, lots of storage space and affordable.

Purchased so i can transfer all my music that was taking up my computer space. It's been great so far, no issues. Shipped quick and arrived very fast, but there wasn't any protection in the box, no bubble wrap or packing peanuts, just the hard drive in the box. There was no damage but still there should have been some kind of protection, which is why it's four stars.

Great hard drive at this price point. Gives me the extra space I need.

Works perfect with the Xbox One S. My son has had zero issues with saving and loading games!

This is a great external hard drive from the point-of-view of a non-tech person. Easy to set up and backed up all the info I needed in a couple of minutes. Can't beat the Best Buy price either!

It was easy to format and I use it weekly. It is very satisfactory for my purposes.

This may be small in size, but it's great in keeping everything safely saved. And there's always room to spare with 2 TB of memory. I'll be wanting a second one before too long. It's a WIN / WIN, for yourself or as a gift.

Does what is supposed to do. Worth the price when it is on sale.

Really good price for this hard drive. Installs and starts working very quickly. The only downside is a super short power cord so the hard drive will remain on top of my computer.

This was suggested to get as support for my new laptop. Best Buy helped set it up and it's easy to backup your system. Glad I got it. You can set it up for automatic so you don't have to remember to do the backup.
