I have used their products in the past. This is being used as additional storage for my PlayStation 4. Easy to use, just connect the cable to the PlayStation and the other to the disc drive. Follow the prompts on the screen, a few controller clicks later, you're all set.

Works as described. No issues. If you change the RAM in your computer be sure to turn the whole thing off first or it trips up your easystore driver, but it’s not hard to fix.

Love this external drive as holds a lot of my old photos. First one I received did not work so had the hassle of having to take back to store but they promptly replaced it.

Works very well. Easy to install software and add a password. I use it for photography and not files have been corrupted.

I needed this to move my data from an old Windows 7 computer. The Geek Squad moved my data and the new drive works flawlessly and swiftly. Extremely well pleased!!!

The WD Easystore's have always been my go-to for hard drives, mostly because they're always in stock at my Best Buy. These are as great of an option as anything else I'd find on Amazon or some other tech stores. And they're constantly on sale, if you sign up for BestBuys email then you're basically guaranteed to see one of these on sale at least once a week. This isn't a fault of WD specifically but moreso the whole external drive industry. For the love of God, please switch over to USB-C already. The stupid Micro-USB sibling that they all use today hasn't been a broadly used port since the Galaxy S5. The $2 price hike to implement that port instead is more than worth it for consumers and its more likely someone would have a USB-C port lying around if they lost the included one than the stupid on they have now.

I really love this external drive. The BEST BUY employees got so many of my pictures and videos from my corrupt external drive. I'm so impressed with how they were about to save so many.

I bought this external hard drive to use with my Xbox one. Hook up was easy. Just plug in, format, then drag and drop your games. It will hold quite a few. Doesn’t slow down your console. Seamless.

Works great, does the job it needs to do, and it fits in my pocket.

It’s been a great option as an external hard drive. It’s light and about the size of smartphone. I definitely recommend!
