    Loving my new external drive. My surface pro ran out of storage, so i bought this and put all my videos and photos into it. I still have 90% of unused storage. Definitely recommend to anyone.

    The hard drive was fast and served its purpose. We were making an external backup of a windows computer before installing a new SSD. Worked great, but didn't need to use the backup.

    WD Easy Store external hard drive is new to me so have not had extensive use of device to compare to the WD My Passport HD; however, this was a good price for 2TB of memory and is suppose to Automatically back up my data from the PC Hard Drive. Will monitor and give further feedback later but I would recommend this Brand for an external hard drive.

    A lot of memory for the price. I would recommend getting the 2TB for the few more dollars than the 1TB.

    We had the geek squad install this so that we were sure the auto copying of new docs and photos would go to the external drive. It seems easy for them to install this device and activate it.

    The only problem with the drive was the price. I paid about $40.00 each for two 4TB drives made by the same company about 4 years ago. I bought them at Best Buy also, why the big change in price.

    I needed a backup for my computer. Best Buy had these on sale for a great price. The 2 TB is a huge size but I am sure I will use it. I also like the USB 3.0 transfer speed. Thank Best Buy for carrying these.
