This has been a great storage for our pictures to clear up space on our computer!

Great external storage drive! I was running out of space on my internal drive so I bought this 2T drive to store my movies, music, pictures and documents that I don't need on my computer drive. Great price too!

This is my second WD external hard drive, and the name speaks for itself 'easystore'. Plug it right in and in seconds you can save or open files to/from it with ease. I use it as a video/movie backup device which are large files. I've always thought it transfers at a good speed for the price. Since I use it as a backup device, I'm not sure if it works well on TVs, but it should. I'm not sure if it can be easily password protected or not if you is something that you may want to have. Perhaps someone has already asked and answered that question. But for the purposes of just saving/opening files, it's solid.

Does its job for what it’s supposed to do. An external drive to keep all the stuff I need to keep.

WD is a very good external hard drive, and 2 tb is a lot but like me that has a lot in my laptop and iPad and any other files movies pictures all fit into it. Helps me clear memory from my laptop phone and ipad

With issues on computer, Had geek squad back up for me as insurance policy. Was ready in few hours.

Backup software works well. Small size of hard drive and being able to power and transfer data through one USB cable (instead of an additional AC power cord) makes this a very easy hard drive to connect to a computer and then disconnect and store away in a safe location.

This was so easy to install I could barely believe it. It does a back-up for me every day (you could have it back-up every hour if that's what you need. Great price, excellent product, satisfied Best Buy customer.

Bought this storage device and never owned one before. Set up instructions were simple. Took less than 5 minutes to use.

I needed an external hard drive to remove files/document/pics from an older computer to store and return some documents to a new computer. This is easy to use as I had never used an external hard drive before and it served its purpose.... I would definitely buy it again!

I purchased this for a family member so I haven't used it personally but I have asked about it. I got it for a good price during Black Friday sales and works really well. It has plenty of storage for his needs.
