Little puzzled over the software they wanted me to download... big, big, big files. All I wanted was a drive to store photos... works fine for that. I have a 5TB version of this for backup running their 'old' software and this 2TB for storing photos running no software, just acting as a peripheral drive.

Compact, fast, a lot of storage space, dependable, and easy to carry. What’s not to like. Great device.

A Year in half later its still going strong. I can download any game i want no matter what file size. I have over 40 to 50 games installed with over 300 gbs left.

I travel around alot and this drive has held up very well to being dropped and banged around some. It's fast to load up and has not caused and problems either on my laptop or Surface Pro.

Works great. Copied a lot of data for work. I had 1.8Tb to copy and it ran out of space just before the final files copied so it’s more like 1.8TB useable space.

Excellent back up drive. Reformatting for Mac system was simple. Had a hard drive crash and was able to do a full restore via Time Machine thanks to this hard drive.

Purchased for PS4 storage and it works perfect. Games take up too much space nowadays and I needed this to allow me to store more than one game. I have no issues and there is no lag.
