There are NO instruction included. I consider myself "computer savvy," but getting the software loaded and working is not intuitive in my opinion. However, I am pleased over-all with it.

Used with Xbox One - Excellent!

For the price I paid I couldn’t beat it. I also bought one for my husband. I’m the type of person that plays different games depending how I feel and I usually do the online downloads. This has saved me the headache and the frustration of having to choose which game I need to delete to make more room. So glad I found these!
